First off, with the completion and posting of today’s work (on Patreon), I can finally start working on my other commissions. I apologize for keeping people waiting for so long, what with this, Squish Tips, Squish Drive, and IRL situations. I should be able to start working on the rest of my backlog soon, might even consider sketching a bunch out so I have something to jump on at any time. I’ll contact those who’ve sent me ideas in the past when I’m ready to start drawing.
In other news, also with the completion of my latest commission, I wanted to bring up the idea of publicly funding previous commissions I’ve done with low shading levels and sponsored commissions. It would be similar to my Squish Tips: four options, monthly amount requirement, etc, but would involve more public input (i.e polling). If you’ve read the commentary, you’ll have seen me mention how it’d have been nice to finish all the pages to completion (nothing against the commissioner, I’m incredibly thankful to them) and that’s been a thing over the years with a few commissions, so I figured I’d bring this up.
I do have some concerns, but there’s some opportunities, I suppose. Either way, I’m gonna put up a poll (publicly on Patreon) see how interested people are.
